All product shipments originate from our Pendleton, IN (46064) warehouse facility.
Order Processing and Shipment
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Our standard carrier for the U.S. and Canada is United Parcel Service (UPS).
Standard Delivery Times
Continental US addresses: West Coast 4-5 business days from the date of shipment, Central States 1-2 days from the date of shipment, East Coast 3-4 days from the date of shipment.
Alaska and Hawaii addresses: 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
Canada: 10-14 business days from the date of shipment.
International Deliveries: Not available.
Incorrect Customer Information
The customer is responsible for completing the online order form correctly. Any return items from the delivery carrier due to incorrect information will be resent to the correct address at the customer expense. Also, we will not be responsible for items delivered incorrectly to a valid address due to customer data entry errors or omissions.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to initiate your return. Contact us at (317) 760-7873 or firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the exterior of any returned package. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In addition, your item must be returned in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee without exception.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipment must require a signature for validation of receipt. If no signature is required we will not be liable for unverified returns.
