Shipping Policy

All Puradigm unit shipments originate from our Las Vegas NV warehouse facility. All remaining items such as Santa Fe dehumidifiers, Puradigm filters or cell replacements may originate from our Pendleton IN location for expedited delivery.

Order Processing and Shipment
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. All shipments require a signature to confirm receipt.

Standard Delivery
Our standard carrier for the U.S. and Canada is United Parcel Service (UPS).

Standard Delivery Times
Continental US addresses: West Coast 3-4 business days from the date of shipment, Central States 4-5 days from the date of shipment, East Coast 5-7 days from the date of shipment.
Alaska and Hawaii addresses: 5-10 business days from the date of
Canada: 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
International Deliveries: Please contact us for delivery details.

Incorrect Customer Information
The customer is responsible for completing the online order form correctly. Any return items from the delivery carrier due to incorrect information will be resent to the correct address at the customer expense. Also, we will not be responsible for items delivered incorrectly to a valid address due to customer data entry errors or omissions.


Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to initiate your return. Contact us at (317)760-7873 or to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the exterior of any returned package. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed in the return package.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipment must require a signature for validation of receipt. If no signature is required we will not be liable for unverified returns. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
